New York City's Hell's Kitchen is a gastronomic melting pot of epic proportions, offering fast to fine cuisines from all corners of the globe. So it was just by chance--thanks to a table for two that has just been cleared seconds ago--that we found our way into the doors of OBAO Noodles & Barbecue, an Asian fusion gastropub that offers scrumptious small plates and inventive cocktails. My wife and I weren't disappointed.
For dessert we stumbled on Schmackary's just a few steps away, and sure enough, my wife didn't go home unhappy. We made it to Hell's Kitchen and back.
